Do you offer gift certificates?

Certificate holders must schedule their appointment at least 1 week in advance. Vehicles cannot be older than 10 years!
Do you offer partial services, such as interior detailing or washes?
No. Our only package is "The Complete Detail".
My car has a bad odor problem, can you fix this?
See our page "Odor Removal".
I have a lot of bug damage on the front of my car, can you fix this?
No. Most bug damage is permanent. Bug's body fluids are highly acidic. When they impact the automobile's paint, the force of the impact drives the fluids into the paint. When allowed to remain on the paint for some time, the fluids create permanent damage. This issue is made worse by the fact that most cars come with plastic bumper covers. The paint on these plastic panels has elastomeric properties that allows the paint to flex without cracking. This "flexibility" makes the paint much more susceptible to damage from bugs.
You use my water and electricity? Does that cost me a lot?
No. We use less than 1 Kilowatt hour of electricity and approximately 100 gallons of water. The cost to the customer is minimal.

Do you offer paint sealants?
No. Paint sealants are worthless. Any product like a wax or sealant that is applied to the paint on a car, is so thin, that any good, strong detergent can remove it. The thickness of paint sealants is measured in angstroms. One angstrom equals one ten-billionth of a meter. Angstroms are used in natural sciences to express the size of atoms and molecules.
The best way to keep your car looking good, is to have it regularly and professionally detailed!

Will my car look brand new?
No, but we'll strive to get it as close as possible. We take the time to do the job right, the first time!
How often should I have my car detailed?Short answer - every 3 to 9 months.
Long answer - There are several factors that determine the durability of wax.
The color of your car. Darker cars collect more heat in the daytime. In the evening, when that heat radiates off of the paint it causes the wax to evaporate. In the sun of summer afternoons, black car paints can reach temperatures of 180 degrees!
How often you wash your car. Frequent washing causes the wax to wear off quicker, so cars that are washed more often need to be detailed more often.
Whether or not your car is garage kept. Cars that are garage kept are not exposed to the elements and can go longer between details.
What about stains on Leather seats?
Again, it depends on the type of stain. Ink is permanent!

My car is brand new. When can/should I detail it?
A new car can be waxed the day you take it home. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to wait ANY length of time before waxing. All modern new car paints are baked in either a heat or ultra-violet oven, which cures the paint immediately. Inside the driver's door jamb of all new cars is a sticker that indicates the month and year the car was assembled. In many cases your new car was finished months ago. Most detail professionals recommend that you start detailing your car at 6 months of age.

Can you fix scratches on my paint?
While there are a few instances where light scratches can be removed with a solvent, most cannot. All modern cars (with very few exceptions), use a multistage paint system. It consists of a primer, a base or color coat, and a final top clear coat. The top clear coat is about 2-3 thousandths of an inch thick, which means many scratches cannot be compounded out without the risk of exposing the base color coat.
Additional charges may be incurred for heavily soiled or neglected vehicles, and excessive pet
hair removal.
Serving all areas of Jefferson, Orleans, Saint Bernard and Saint Tammany
Can you get all of the stains out of my carpet?
Some are impossible to remove completely. Such as:
coffee/cola stains can be lightened
anything red: wine, candy, daiquiris
ink
ground in dirt
bleach/acid type stains
Is there a wait to get an appointment?
Usually. All work is performed by the owner. There are no other employees. As such, the wait to get an appointment can vary from one day, to over a week. If you request a Saturday appointment, that can mean several weeks of wait time.
My leather seats are cracking, what can you do about them?
Nothing. Leather begins deteriorating the moment it is removed from the animal. As such, most car leather manufactures recommend that you should have your leather seats cleaned and conditioned every 7 to 14 days. Most car owners do not do this, and it leads to the leather drying out, getting brittle and cracking. The first sign of neglect is usually found on the drivers seat bottom, and appears as "dirt lines" or wrinkles. This is the beginning stage of leather failure. With proper and frequent care, leather failure can be significantly delayed.
Do you detail boats, motor homes, motorcycles or other specialty vehicles?
No. Additionally, we do not work on any vehicles that are over 10 years of age.

Cash, Checks, all major credit cards and Zelle.
