"Since 1985"

Do you offer paint sealants?

Yes.  We offer optional application of Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Sealant Wax.  It is considerably less expensive than a true Ceramic Sealant.

Do you perform any carpet dying or repairs to leather, vinyl or cloth?

This is a generalized list of our detailing service.  There is much more involved to deliver the best quality service to our customers!

What is "Seat belt Cleaning" and why is it not included in your Complete Detail?

Seat belts cannot be cleaned effectively with traditional hand or hot water extraction techniques, due of the very tight weave of the fabric.  They must be soaked with a specialized cleaner and pressure cleaned.  This optional service is performed at the customers special request, and usually only on light colored material.

Can you fix scratches on my paint?

Some scratches can be removed through our Paint Correction Service.  It can only be determined upon visual inspection during the detail procedure.

Will my car look brand new?
No, but we'll strive to get it as close as possible.  We take the time to do the job right, the first time!
What kinds of payment do you accept?

Cash, Checks, all major credit cards and Zelle.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes!  You can purchase a certificate for the full price (as shown at the top of this page), along with any additional services you wish.  They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.  Certificate holders must schedule their appointment at least 1 week in advance. Vehicles cannot be older than 10 years!

Additional charges may be incurred for heavily soiled or neglected vehicles, and excessive pet hair removal.

My car has a bad odor problem, can you fix this?

See our page "Odor Removal".

You use my water and electricity?  Does that cost me a lot?

No.  We use less than 1 Kilowatt hour of electricity and approximately 100 gallons of water.  The cost to the customer is minimal.

How often should I have my car detailed?

Short answer - every 3 to 9 months.

Long answer - There are several factors that determine the durability of wax:

  • The color of your car.  Darker cars collect more heat in the daytime.  In the evening, when that heat radiates off of the paint it causes the wax to dissipate . the summer sun can cause dark paints to reach temperatures of 180 degrees!

  • How often you wash your car.  Frequent washing causes the wax to wear off quicker, so cars that are washed more often need to be detailed more frequently.

  • Whether or not your car is garage kept.  Garage kept cars are not exposed to the elements and can go longer between details.

What about stains on Leather seats?
Again, it depends on the type of stain.  Ink is permanent!

Optional services:

  Carpet/fabric protection

  seat belt cleaning

How long does the detailing service take?

Cars: 3-6 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.

Quality takes time!!!!!!!

My car is brand new.  When can/should I detail it?

A new car can be waxed the day you take it home.  Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to wait ANY length of time before waxing.  All modern new car paints are baked in either a heat or ultra-violet oven, which cures the paint immediately.  Inside the driver's door jamb of all new cars is a sticker that indicates the month and year the car was assembled.  In many cases your new car was finished months ago.  Most detail professionals recommend that you start detailing your car at 6 months of age.

(See "How often should I have my car detailed?)

I have a lot of bug damage on the front of my car, can you fix this?

No.  Most bug damage is permanent.  Bug's body fluids are highly acidic.  When they impact the automobile's paint, the force of the impact drives the fluids into the paint.  When allowed to remain on the paint for some time, the fluids create permanent damage.  This issue is made worse by the fact that most cars come with plastic bumper covers.  The paint on these plastic panels has elastomeric properties that allows the paint to flex without cracking.  This "flexibility" makes the paint much more susceptible to damage from bugs.

My leather seats are cracking, what can you do about them?

Nothing.  Leather begins deteriorating the moment it is removed from the animal.  As such, most car leather manufactures recommend that you should have your leather seats cleaned and conditioned every 7 to 14 days.  Most car owners do not do this, and it leads to the leather drying out, getting brittle and cracking.  The first sign of neglect is usually found on the drivers seat bottom, and appears as "dirt lines" or wrinkles.  This is the beginning stage of leather failure.  With proper and frequent care, leather failure can be significantly delayed.
